Ingredients

  • 1 (4-5 lb) fully cooked bone-in ham
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Place ham in a large baking dish and score the surface with a sharp knife in a diamond pattern.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, ginger, mustard, and salt.

  4. Brush glaze over the ham, making sure it gets into the cuts.

  5. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, basting with the remaining glaze every 30 minutes.

  6. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
