How To Make Balsamic Fig Glazed Easter Ham
A deliciously sweet and savory glazed ham perfect for your Easter feast.

Ingredients
- 1 (5-7lb) bone-in ham
- 1/2 cup fig jam
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 325°F.

Place ham in a roasting pan.

In a small bowl, whisk together fig jam, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, thyme, salt and pepper.

Brush glaze all over ham, reserving about 1/4 cup for serving.

Roast ham in the oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 140°F.

Remove ham from oven and let rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.

Serve ham with remaining glaze drizzled over the top.
