- 1/2 bone-in ham (5-6 pounds)
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
