A hearty and healthy casserole made with canned salmon and fresh broccoli, baked to perfection.

Ingredients
- 1 can (14.75 oz) salmon, drained
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, combine salmon, broccoli, onion, bell pepper, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and grated cheese. Pour over salmon mixture.

Drizzle melted butter over the top of the casserole.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown on top and heated through.

Serve hot.
