How To Make Canned Salmon and Broccoli Casserole Recipe

A hearty and healthy casserole made with canned salmon and fresh broccoli, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.75 oz) salmon, drained
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine salmon, broccoli, onion, bell pepper, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

  3. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and grated cheese. Pour over salmon mixture.

  5. Drizzle melted butter over the top of the casserole.

  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown on top and heated through.

  7. Serve hot.
