Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
Total: 25 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 pork loin chops
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

  2. Place the pork loin chops in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Massage the marinade into the meat and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator.

  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat. Remove the pork loin chops from the marinade, discarding any excess marinade.

  4. Brush the grill or grill pan with olive oil and cook the pork loin chops for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  5. Remove the pork loin chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
