How To Make Cocoa and Chili Rubbed Pork Chops
You’ll never cook pork chops the same again once you try out our delectable recipe! These chops are spiced with cocoa and chili for a more unique flavor.

Ingredients
- 2pork loin chops,boneless
- 2tspunsweetened cocoa powder
- 2tspancho chili powder,or regular chili powder
- 2tsplight brown sugar
- 1tbspolive oil
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

In a bowl, mix the cocoa, brown sugar, and chili powder together until well-blended.

Sprinkle a little less than 1 teaspoon on the tops of each pork chop, then rub the spices in.

Flip over and do the same on the other sides.

Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes, then sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-heat.

Add the pork chops, then cover for about 5 minutes.

Uncover and flip, then cook for a few more minutes until thoroughly cooked or it reaches between 145 to 160 degrees F.
