Ingredients
- 4 pork loin chops
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp of dried basil
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Season the pork loin chops with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the seasoned pork loin chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned.

Remove the pork loin chops from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onions are translucent.

Add the diced tomatoes, dried basil, dried oregano, and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir well to combine.

Return the pork loin chops to the skillet and spoon the tomato mixture over them.

Cover the skillet and simmer for 10-12 minutes, until the pork loin chops are cooked through.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pork loin chops and serve hot.
