How To Make Creamsicle Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- whipped cream and orange slices for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (162°C).

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, orange juice, and orange zest until smooth.

Gradually add heavy cream and beat until well combined.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.

Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Serve chilled with whipped cream and orange slices for garnish.
