Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
Instructions

Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.

Dredge the seasoned pork chops in flour, shaking off any excess.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear the pork chops until browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and mushrooms, and cook until softened.

Sprinkle the remaining flour over the onions and mushrooms, stirring well to combine.

Slowly pour in the beef broth while stirring constantly, until the gravy thickens.
