How To Make Ground Pork and Vegetable Lettuce Wraps
These lettuce wraps are filled with savory ground pork and crunchy vegetables, making for a refreshing and healthy meal.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add ground pork and cook until browned and no longer pink.

Add red bell pepper, shredded carrots, scallions, garlic, and ginger to the skillet, and cook until the vegetables are just beginning to soften.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar. Pour the sauce over the pork and vegetables and stir to combine.
