How To Make Low Carb Ground Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.

Add ground turkey and cook until browned.

Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.

Cook until the sauce has thickened and the turkey is coated.
