How To Make Pork & Chilli Lettuce Cups

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 500g ground pork
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 large lettuce leaves
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned and cooked through.

  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the pork and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  5. Spoon the pork mixture into lettuce leaves and top with green onions, cilantro, and peanuts.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
