How To Make Enoki Mushroom Sushi Recipe

Rinse the sushi rice and cook it in a rice cooker or on the stove.

In a small pot, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Heat until the sugar dissolves.

Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl and add the vinegar mixture. Mix well.

Wash the enoki mushrooms and separate them into small bunches.

Place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat.

Add a thin layer of rice and spread it evenly on top of the nori.

Place the enoki mushrooms on top of the rice.

Roll the sushi tightly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
