- 4 haddock fillets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup beer
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
