  • 4 haddock fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler on high heat.

  2. Place the haddock fillets on a greased broiler pan.

  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Brush the seasoned oil mixture over the haddock fillets.

  5. Drizzle the lemon juice over the fillets.

  6. Place the broiler pan in the oven and broil for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.

  8. Serve hot.
