How To Make Turkey, Thyme & Leek Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup chopped leeks
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped leeks, minced garlic, thyme leaves, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Use your hands to mix the ingredients until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and press it down evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
