How To Make Prawn & Lime Noodles

Ingredients
- 300g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 200g rice noodles
- 2 limes, juice and zest
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the lime juice, lime zest, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the garlic and chili, sauté for 1 minute.

Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.

Pour in the lime sauce mixture and stir well to coat the prawns.

Add the cooked rice noodles and toss until everything is well combined and heated through.

Serve the prawn and lime noodles garnished with spring onions and fresh cilantro.
