Ingredients
- 1 head of Taiwanese cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the hot oil and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the sliced cabbage to the wok and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, until it starts to wilt and become slightly tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the cabbage and stir to coat.

Continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes, until the cabbage is cooked to your desired texture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Optional: garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
