- 1 bunch of radishes
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Wash and trim the radishes, leaving a bit of the green tops intact for a decorative touch.
