How To Make Sea trout with samphire, potted shrimp & lemon

Ingredients
- 4 sea trout fillets
- 200g samphire
- 200g potted shrimp
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Place the fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, blanch the samphire in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain.

In a skillet, heat the potted shrimp until warmed through.

Arrange the sea trout fillets on a platter.

Top with the samphire and potted shrimp.

Garnish with lemon slices.
