Ingredients

  • 8 slices of crusty bread
  • 4 ounces smoked trout
  • 1 cup thinly sliced radishes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

  2. Toast the slices of crusty bread until golden brown.

  3. In a separate bowl, flake the smoked trout into small pieces.

  4. In a medium bowl, combine the smoked trout, sliced radishes, chopped dill, and the prepared remoulade sauce. Mix well.

  5. Spread the trout and radish mixture evenly onto the toasted bread slices.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
