How To Make Smoked Trout & Radish Remoulade Tartines

Ingredients
- 8 slices of crusty bread
- 4 ounces smoked trout
- 1 cup thinly sliced radishes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Toast the slices of crusty bread until golden brown.

In a separate bowl, flake the smoked trout into small pieces.

In a medium bowl, combine the smoked trout, sliced radishes, chopped dill, and the prepared remoulade sauce. Mix well.

Spread the trout and radish mixture evenly onto the toasted bread slices.
