Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 kg potatoes, peeled and boiled
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  3. Cook the chicken breasts in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.

  4. While the chicken is cooking, heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  5. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  6. Add the boiled potatoes to the skillet and use a fork to crush them slightly.

  7. Drizzle with the remaining 2 tbsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  8. Cook the crushed potatoes for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy.

  9. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

  10. Serve the sizzled chicken over the crushed potatoes and garnish with fresh herbs.
