How To Make Sticky Teriyaki Chicken & Peanut Satay Slaw

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, peanut butter, and lime juice.

Place chicken breasts in a ziplock bag, pour half of the teriyaki sauce mixture over the chicken, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

While the chicken is grilling, prepare the slaw. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped peanuts, and sliced green onions.

Pour the remaining teriyaki sauce mixture over the slaw and toss to coat.

Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Slice the chicken into thin strips.

Serve the sticky teriyaki chicken on a bed of peanut satay slaw. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
