How To Make Cauliflower Cheese Rolls

- 1 small head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Steam the cauliflower florets until they are tender, about 7-8 minutes. Drain and let cool for a few minutes.

In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, cheddar cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

Take about 2 tablespoons of the cauliflower mixture and shape it into a small roll. Place it on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower rolls are golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
