How To Make Festive Vegetable Wreath

Level up your Christmas festivities with this light and crunchy vegetable wreath made with fresh, colorful vegetables, and served with Marzetti Veggie Dip.

  • Marzetti Veggie Dip,flavor of choice
  • 2lbsbroccoli
  • 1lbcauliflower
  • 1cupgrape tomatoes
  • 1yellow pepper
  • 1red pepper
  • 1English cucumber
  • 1carrot


  1. Place the Marzetti vegetable dip in the center of a large platter.

  2. Slice the cucumber and line the outside of the platter.

  3. Wash the broccoli and cauliflower and trim into bite-sized pieces. Begin stacking the broccoli around the dip container using it as a guide to create a wreath. Save any smaller pieces to fit into empty spaces.

  4. Line the outside of the wreath with cauliflower. Adjust the broccoli as needed to make the wreath round and symmetrical.

  5. Using a small cookie cutter, cut out stars, or any shape such as hearts or circles, from the yellow pepper. Cut slices of carrot as thin as possible and cut out shapes with a cookie cutter.

  6. Slice the red pepper as thinly as possible and weave between the pieces of broccoli. Add the grape tomatoes between the broccoli.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
