  • 1 sheet of ready-made puff pastry
  • 8 cooked sausage links
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Tomato ketchup, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.

  3. Cut the pastry into long, thin strips.

  4. Place a cooked sausage link on the top of each pastry strip and roll it up.

  5. Shape the rolled sausages into a circle, forming a wreath shape on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  6. Brush the pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle with dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and cooked through.

  8. Serve the sausage roll wreath with tomato ketchup for dipping.
