How To Make Sausage Roll Wreath

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of ready-made puff pastry
- 8 cooked sausage links
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Tomato ketchup, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Cut the pastry into long, thin strips.

Place a cooked sausage link on the top of each pastry strip and roll it up.

Shape the rolled sausages into a circle, forming a wreath shape on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Brush the pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle with dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and cooked through.
