  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce
  • 8 oz of brie cheese, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and place it on a baking sheet.

  3. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly onto the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.

  4. Arrange the sliced brie cheese on top of the cranberry sauce.

  5. Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling, forming a wreath shape.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Allow the wreath to cool slightly before serving.
