
How To Make Cherry Cheesecake Egg Roll
Warm crispy wrappers filled with a creamy and tart cherry pie filling makes up this sweet cheesecake egg roll! Whip up a batch in just under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 4ozcream cheese,softened
- 1tsplemon rind
- 3tbspsugar
- ½tsplemon juice
- 1cancherry pie filling
- 8egg roll wrappers,6×6-inch
- oil,for frying
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, lemon rind, sugar and lemon juice until well mixed. Spoon into a Ziploc baggie. Cut off the corner of the bag.

Lay out the egg roll wrappers with one of the corners pointing towards one’s self, and pipe a line of cheese mixture across the wrapper. Add approximately 10 cherries on top of the cheese mixture.

Using water, wet the edges of the wrapper and roll up tightly, ensuring the edges are sealed well. Let the rolls sit for about 3 to 4 minutes allowing the water to dry and create a good seal.

Preheat the oil to about 350 degrees F, then fry in small batches for about 5 to 6 minutes until brown and crispy.
