Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

Increase the heat to high and add the blanched green beans to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly charred and tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Pour the sauce over the green beans and stir to coat evenly.

Cook for another minute until the sauce thickens and coats the green beans.

Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds for garnish.
