  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup habanero hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, season chicken wings with salt and pepper to taste and toss to coat.

  3. Arrange wings on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.

  4. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together mango puree, melted butter, honey, and habanero hot sauce until well combined.
