Ingredients
- 1 lb Asian greens (bok choy, Chinese broccoli, or kale), washed and sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the sliced Asian greens and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until wilted.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.

Pour the sauce over the greens and continue stir-frying for another 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and serve hot.
