How To Make Blueberry Egg Rolls

Try some sweet egg rolls packed with bursting blueberries for your next afternoon snack! It’s made with just a few ingredients, and takes no time to make.

  • 16egg roll wrappers
  • 21ozblueberry pie filling,1 can
  • 1cupunsweetened blueberries,fresh or frozen
  • oil,for frying
  • powdered sugar


  1. Lay 1 wrapper out with a corner pointed towards one’s self.

  2. Place 1 heaping tablespoon of pie filling and 1 tablespoon of blueberries in the center of each wrapper.

  3. Fold in the sides, then roll the wrapper tightly. Use a dab of water to secure the tip of the wrapper.

  4. Preheat the oil to 350 degrees F.

  5. Fry the egg rolls in small batches for about 4 to 5 minutes or until browned and crispy.

  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, serve warm, and enjoy!
