- 1 lb chorizo, casings removed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 small bell pepper, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: salsa, avocado, cilantro, lime wedges
