How To Make Spicy Feta Stir-Fry

A simple yet filling feta stir-fry for lunch or dinner. Added with a kick of spiciness, snow peas, and feta cheese stir-fried until fully cooked.

  • 3tbspvegetable oil
  • ½onion,diced, large
  • cupssnow peas,trimmed and halved
  • 1cupsugar snap peas,trimmed
  • 1cupbok choy,chopped
  • pinchescurry powder
  • ¾cupfeta cheese,crumbled


  1. Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Cook and stir onion until slightly softened for about 1 minute. Add snow peas, sugar snap peas, and bok choy. Stir-fry until bright green for about 8 minutes.

  2. Stir in curry powder. Cook, stirring occasionally until flavors combine for about 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in feta cheese.

  3. Push snow pea mixture into a mountain in the center of the skillet and let cook for 3 minutes.

  4. Push the mountain down with your spatula and cook for 3 to 5 minutes more.
