How To Make Low Carb Spinach and Feta Scramble Recipe
A delicious and healthy low carb breakfast scramble with spinach and feta cheese.

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 4 cups packed fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.

In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.

Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2 minutes.

Pour the egg mixture over the spinach and stir until scrambled, about 3-5 minutes.
