How To Make Feta & Sweetcorn Samosas

Ingredients
- 2 cups sweetcorn
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 12 samosa pastry sheets
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together sweetcorn, feta cheese, cumin, coriander, chili powder, cilantro, and salt.

Take one samosa pastry sheet and fold it in half to form a triangle. Brush the edges with water.

Place a spoonful of the sweetcorn and feta mixture on one side of the triangle. Fold to seal the samosa, pressing the edges firmly.

Repeat with the remaining samosa sheets and filling.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Carefully place the samosas in the pan and fry until golden brown on all sides.

Transfer the fried samosas to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until crispy.

Serve hot with chutney or dipping sauce of your choice.
