How To Make Mediterranean Beef Salad Recipe
A refreshing salad made with juicy beef, crisp vegetables, and flavorful herbs, inspired by the Mediterranean cuisine.

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Add the beef slices to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade. Set aside.

Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add the beef slices and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
