Ingredients
- 1 lb liver, sliced
- 2 red bell peppers, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add liver and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.

Add red bell peppers and cook for another 2 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.

Pour the sauce over the liver and peppers, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve hot.
