Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (14 oz each) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust according to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions
Instructions

In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add the diced onions and minced garlic to the pot and cook until softened.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, tomato paste, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
