  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 4 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. In a large skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Spread the frozen hashbrowns evenly in the prepared baking dish. Top with cooked sausage, diced onion, diced bell pepper, and shredded cheese.
