  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 3 tbsp jerk seasoning
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together jerk seasoning, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, brown sugar, thyme, allspice, and cinnamon.

  2. Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss until well coated with the marinade.

  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  5. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and place them on the grill.
