- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 3 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

In a large bowl, mix together jerk seasoning, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, brown sugar, thyme, allspice, and cinnamon.
