How To Make Cheesy Stuffed Baked Mushrooms

  • 16 mushrooms (stems removed)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp onion (diced)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • ¼ cup chive
  • ¼ cup onion cream cheese
  • pepper (to taste)
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the onions until they become tender.

  3. Next, season the ingredients with pepper and stir in the Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and breadcrumbs.

  4. Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture then top them with mozzarella cheese and bake them for 25 minutes. Afterward, serve and enjoy!
