How To Make One Pot Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Enjoy a rich and filling plate of this garlic parmesan pasta, a fettuccine dish cooked in a creamy broth and parmesan cheese that comes together in one pot!

Cooking: 24 minutes
Total: 39 minutes



  • 2tbspunsalted butter
  • 4garlic cloves,minced
  • 2cupschicken broth
  • 1cupmilk
  • 8ozfettuccine
  • salt,to taste
  • pepper,to taste
  • ¼cupparmesan cheese,grated
  • 2tbspfresh parsley,chopped


  1. Heat the unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring frequently, for about 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.

  2. Add in the chicken broth, milk, and fettuccine. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 18 to 20 minutes until the pasta is cooked through.

  4. Stir in the Parmesan. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk as needed until the desired consistency is reached.

  5. Serve immediately, and top with parsley. Enjoy!
