- 1 ½ pounds bavette steak
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and black pepper.

Place the bavette steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade and discard the marinade.

Grill the steak for about 6-8 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Slice the steak against the grain and serve.
