How To Make Low-Carb Salisbury Steak

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, onion, parsley, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Shape the mixture into 4 oval-shaped patties.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through. Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the broth reduces slightly.

Return the patties to the skillet and spoon the gravy over them. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the patties are heated through and the gravy thickens.

Serve the Salisbury steaks with the gravy on top.
