
How To Make Crockpot Salisbury Steak
Cream of chicken soup and gravy mix gives this crockpot Salisbury steak a boost of flavor to the slow-cooked, tender meat!

Ingredients
- 2lbslean ground beef
- 1pkgonion soup
- ½cupitalian breadcrumbs
- ¼cupcold milk
- ¼cupall-purpose flour
- 2tbspvegetable oil
- 2canscream of chicken soup,condensed
- 1ozau jus gravy mix,(1 packet)
- ¾cupwater
Instructions

Using the hands, combine ground beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs and milk in a large bowl. Form 8 patty shapes.

Dredge the patties in flour on both sides to coat lightly.

In a large skillet, heat oil; once heated, brown the patties on both sides.

Place the patties into a crockpot; if the crockpot is smaller, stack them in a pyramid shape.

In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, au jus mix, and water. Pour over the patties and cook on Low for 4 for 5 hours, until the patties are well done.
