Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and white membranes inside.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.

Stir in the cooked rice, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and tomato sauce. Cook for a few more minutes until well combined.

Stuff each bell pepper with the mixture and place them upright in a baking dish.

Sprinkle grated cheese over the top of each pepper.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
