How To Make Kraft Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe

These bell peppers stuffed with cheese, ground beef, and rice are a perfect blend of flavor and texture.

Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers, tops cut off and seeded
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup uncooked instant rice
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.

  3. Stir in instant rice, diced tomatoes, water, 1/2 cup of cheese, garlic powder, onion salt, salt, and pepper.

  4. Fill each bell pepper with the beef and rice mixture.

  5. Place the stuffed peppers in a casserole dish and cover with foil.

  6. Bake for 35 minutes.

  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of each pepper.

  8. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  9. Serve hot.
