Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, diced onions, chopped cilantro
Instructions

In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
