- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
